Most failed operational software starts as a technology conversation. The ones that last start as a work-order conversation.

An operational agent is a worker with tools, permissions, and an audit trail. Anything less is a demo.
A 91% PM number that nobody can explain is worse than a 70% number with a backlog you can work.
Field service software earns its keep between the first notification and the signed close-out.
If LOTO certification is not wired into who can start a job, you are running two systems that pretend to be one.
Management systems rot when the controlled document and the real work diverge. The software has to notice.
Digital programmes stall because they start with a portfolio of initiatives. Start with one painful loop and make it boringly reliable.
Adqueo exists because software that ignores how engineering work actually happens fails in the field. The parent group is context. The work is still software.
