Electrical engineer. He has led maintenance and infrastructure, implemented CMMS, built operational indicators, and audited energy management systems, with training in Lean Six Sigma. Adqueo does not come from a market study: it comes from having been a user. From the lack of tools, from wanting to innovate and save, and from making easier a job he actually knows — not one imagined from the outside.
He currently holds a maintenance and infrastructure leadership role in industry while developing Adqueo in parallel as its founder.

I am not another programmer. I am an electrical engineer in maintenance and infrastructure: I use these systems every day. I have lived the lack of tools, and more than once I have wished for the ones I now build.
Operations come first. Maintenance and support processes protect availability, manage risk, and control costs so the business can produce and deliver. Software is born from that work, not from a catalogue of modules.
Seeing what the routine hides is the method: connect data, understand where time, resources, and money are lost, and turn that into improvement. The technology has to be first-class — and it has to earn its keep on the floor, not only in the demo.

Maintenance, energy, and field clients kept asking for the same system: auditable, usable on shift, without rework. Adqueo is that suite, already built, and it is now Tecapa Electric’s software brand.

Tecapa Electric is the company behind Adqueo: engineering, installation, and maintenance of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems, thermography, measurements, and IoT. Adqueo is its software brand. Field work lives on tecapaelectric.com.
